Our Classes
Classes can be run in a group setting with three or four couples or as private sessions, ideally between 20-30 weeks of your pregnancy.
There are four units to complete & options for classes are:
- 2 six hour days
- 4 three hour sessions
- An intensive course for mums to be close to their “guess date”
- A refresher course for mums with previous hypnobirthing experience
